My overall experience was okay. Rippling has amazing engineering talent, and they really do build incredible products. Great place to work if don't need a lot of handholding, solid management and a great product. Hardest part is keeping up with constantly changing product lines and offerings but they do their best to give you the resources you need to succeed.
