To be expected when you get to the $2b+ marker. Layoffs every quarter and the SVP of SMB only cares about himself. Has made life miserable for the large org he represents

Former Employee1.6Feb 28, 2024The leadership at RingCentral is the worst I've experienced. I would not encourage anyone to work in the Expansion organization. You won't make any commission until you hit 51% of quota and commission payout is only 2% now. Quotas aren't released until 1.5-2 months into each quarter, making it very difficult for reps to accurately plan. Many of the sales processes...Read More
