Feast or famine. Process and internal teams are broken. Leadership is out of touch with customer sentiment and their answer is to throw more products and sell more to unhappy customers rather than fixing some of the root causes for the turbulence seen. Pointless activities tied to poor investments in tools that are nothing more than optics.

Used to be great, but new leadership is awful.

My overall experience was okay. It was great when I started working there but about a year and a half in they changed the team structure and leads. I ended up doing more work with lower quality leads and a much more difficult time hitting quota.
