You won't make any commission until you hit 51% of quota and commission payout is only 2% now. Current Employee4.6Oct 5, 2023RingCentral is a great organization. They’ve been around a long time but recently became very innovative w/ a lot of value to offer clients. Almost feels like working for a startup (a giant startup). Challenging but rewarding experience.

The base is greater than most SMB companies would provide and the quotas are very attainable. The lead flow process could be better and is constantly changing (just like every other company).
