Former Employee4.0Apr 4, 2024I had nothing but good experiences here. Great people and great training. good opportunity.
Current Employee2.0Aug 28, 2024So much I used to like about Responsive. Colleagues are great but the sales team is churning due to a lack of leadership and a culture of fear being imposed from the top. Unwilling to correct missteps, reps aren't hitting quota, and no real coaching from managers.

Current Employee3.4Oct 27, 2023Very strong product market fit with an incredible engineering team. Inexperienced front line management with poor training, but I sense changes coming. Very promising company to work for, but you should have sales experience coming in and know how to be self motivated and research on your own. Very strong earning potential.
