Earnings ability is actually very low. Base is on the low end of the market and OTE is pretty much impossible to hit unless you're fully ramped and have previous contacts. The plus side is that the role itself is really easy. Do demo's, have follow ups, talk to fairly easy to speak to folks and it's the edtech space.
