Hit my quota easily year over year but the compensation for the theatre is low. Over the last couple years leaderships direction has not aligned with my personal goals but if we were on the same page I would stay at Minitab for a long time. Company culture is inviting and everyone is helpful.

Minitab offers Market leading data analytics and project management solutions, that drive value for OpeX, Quality and Product Development organisations, 90% of the Fortune 500 trust in Minitab. There is room for improvement in the roadmap for newer products. Personal Development and training is limited.
