Hit my quota easily year over year but the compensation for the theatre is low. Over the last couple years leaderships direction has not aligned with my personal goals but if we were on the same page I would stay at Minitab for a long time. Company culture is inviting and everyone is helpful.

Quota has increased heavily for products with questionable background. With that it is unrealistic that people achieve quota this FY
