None of the leadership is on the same page. There's an overwhelming amount of outdated information, making it difficult to find resources required. The product is great but complicated. They look for a certain personality type, so be cognizant of that.

High pressure and not reslistic. They record all calls and communication using over 8 apps. Micromanaging from the top down.
