Comp Structure didn't incentivize the SMB segment. Lots of changes being made to the org. Restaurant specific, so it is a harder vertical to sell into with lots of no shows, pushes and cancellations. Great product and product market fit, tons of room for growth. Other SDR segments have better plans and are hitting quota.
