The base pay is good, and the product itself works well in the right market. But there’s been a lot of restructuring, and only a few teams get most of the inbound leads, which have way higher close rates. This was an awesome company. The new leadership and focus on IPO has turned this into an old school boiler room. They don’t care about you as a person, only your number. If you struggle you’ll be kicked out. Look at how many reps have 7 months of experience with R365, 3 months to ramp, 3 to struggle and 1 to PIP out.
