A lot has changed since the IBM purchase was completed. Quotas have become harder to achieve and aren't based on previous years numbers as much as IBM just wanting more

Received quota for 2022 in October of 2022 and it was 30% higher than what I was told. In 2023 quota was raised 112% from precious year.

IBM is taking over and the changes are not good

Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn't change a thing. I think there are changes on the horizon with IBM starting to take over the business process, but it is still a great place to work.
