Postman is a great company to work at and the company is only going to get better. But it feels as if there is a disconnect between leadership and ICs.

The CEO assumed leadership of the sales team last year and just brought in a new CRO. In that time a lot of poor GTM decisions were made. Leadership is very out of touch with the reality of the sales team. Hopefully the new CRO turns things around, but he is from a completely unrelated industry.
