Current Employee They have made biased promotions for AE’s who haven’t hit target. This is fine, because it is based on need. The issue is that there are other more experienced AE’s who are hitting target, have more closing experience, and more lifetime sales but are being passed on with no explanation. In addition, we let our SVP of sales go, and operations have been immediately less smooth. Leadership is very sales driven, and it’s rare to find a leader who cares enough about you to help you rather than just be overly obsessed with their number that you’re just a target for them.
