Product market fit is great however they make promises they cannot deliver on which is what has caused their sales org to churn at 100% over one year. In summary, great product but poor culture/leadership that is dragging them down.

I wouldn't recommend Podium to anyone on earth. CEO is an egotistical liar, every time he speaks it gets more and more painful to listen to his lies. Leadership as a whole in the company is a joke. Overall the company had great growth and potential as will all sales job individual leadership can rocket you to sucess or make you fall flat on your face. When interviewing make sure the manager you will report to is the manager interviewing you.

Podium has been going through growing pains as they try to scale toward an eventual IPO. I was onboarded with 30+ other reps and was 1 of 2 to last a year. That being said, they have moved away from the AE 1 role and now have a bridge role between SDR & AE which is helping with employee churn.
