Not a bad company in regards to day to day work as an SDR. Outbound is as always a grind, and with the amount of recent changes, it has become a challenge to adapt. There are steps being taken at the moment to polish the skills of SDRs with/ talks of promotion paths once again open. Overall, good company to start your role in sales with the potential for improvement and promotions if you perform well.

Rules form some but not rules for all. They say the rules apply to the very one but the break them for the sake of a DEI quota.
