The company is based out of Utah, and what they don't tell you in the interview is that more than half of the company is Mormon. All of the leaders are white males. DEI is non-existent. Current Employee1.4Oct 23, 2024My overall experience was disorganized. Leadership makes changes without thinking through everything or a/b testing. Culture isn’t great, systems are even worse, there is no such thing as sales enablement. Training and onboarding are not very helpful.
