Feild Role in Dallas, TX. Great base pay, but the training is a one-hour meeting for 2 weeks, and then they throw you out in the fire.

I will narrow this down to a few key points: -they hold a spectacular angle on the market share within the industry. -they are training and enablement is lacking to say the least. My experience at Podium started out great! Things changed on a monthly basis, which was frustrating as it felt unstable. Got to the point that all that mattered was quantity over quality. Great product and made some great friends!
