Constantly back and forth on massive decisions. This caused a huge portion of the great sales reps to leave because leadership could not make up their mind on what to do. This left a lot of the sub-par reps sticking around and later promoting into leadership roles.

Not great. Product was ok for small businesses but there were so many other tools that businesses could use and the long term vision of the company wasn't being executed well. Especially the Sales Motion which became door to door dialing for dollars with no support.

My overall experience was good. Podium is a great place to develop your skills and move up quickly as an Account Executive. However, the path to sales leadership is risky and concerning.
