Not great. Product was ok for small businesses but there were so many other tools that businesses could use and the long term vision of the company wasn't being executed well. Especially the Sales Motion which became door to door dialing for dollars with no support.

Overall experience was decent, training and development was great, opportunities to hit targets were scarce, and the targets themselves were quite ambitious. Solid culture, grateful to develop my skills here. Met some great people and had fun, however there was clear favoritism for those who hit their targets, making it hard for others to do so.

Podium has to be one of the most toxic work environments I have ever experienced. If you are not Mormon or connected to the CEO you will not survive. I beg you to listen to prior reviews.
