Pretty terrible. No flexibility in the role at all or the company. Morale on the sales floor is at an all time low. Product market fit is declining daily due to strong competition at half the price. I would not consider joining Podium if I was in the job market

Very cool company with a great product. Lots of cold calling. Not a ton of structure in regards to area management. Salesforce accounts need a cleanup

My overall experience was disorganized. Leadership makes changes without thinking through everything or a/b testing. Culture isn’t great, systems are even worse, there is no such thing as sales enablement. Training and onboarding are not very helpful.
