Current Employee1.4Oct 23, 2024My overall experience was disorganized. Leadership makes changes without thinking through everything or a/b testing. Culture isn’t great, systems are even worse, there is no such thing as sales enablement. Training and onboarding are not very helpful.

Current Employee3.4Oct 5, 2023Not a bad company in regards to day to day work as an SDR. Outbound is as always a grind, and with the amount of recent changes, it has become a challenge to adapt. There are steps being taken at the moment to polish the skills of SDRs with/ talks of promotion paths once again open.
