Terrible leadership at the top. Managers act like they care, only a couple of them do. I was part of trimming the fat in August when there were reps who played the game and are still there. Top reps are scumbags, culture is absolutely garbage. If you are hot, you'll get any deal you want, even if it makes no sense and it is against all the rules. Garbage.

OTE is highly unattainable. Most reps will only hit 50% of what they are projected to make in commissions

I will narrow this down to a few key points: -they hold a spectacular angle on the market share within the industry. -they are training and enablement is lacking to say the least.
