Ping is a great place to work in the sales org. Leadership and peers are fun, hardworking and there is a culture of truly caring about one another. Therefore, there is flexibility in PTO and plenty of incentives to perform.

Ping was and still is a great company. Sadly, the "merger" with Forgerock has more become an "acquisition" n all but name. Old leaders are out, new leader are in. Was a decent place to work prior to the merger with Forgerock. Thoma Bravo destroyed the compensation structure and eliminated sales spiffs. If you can handle working for “Oracle lite” sales leadership and a PE firm that will dump Ping in the next 24 months then jump onboard.
