Firstly the good stuff. Work-life balance, competitive pay, remote-first culture, and some EXCELLENT people to work with. Things started to go downhill as soon as the Thoma Bravo acquisition happened, and the ForgeRock merger was the final nail in the coffin for many. Lots of redundancies at the worst of times with pretty poor compensation compared to industry average. Ping was known as a people-first company, prioritising the culture and wellbeing of their employees over anything else. Now it's money over people...

Ping was and still is a great company. Sadly, the "merger" with Forgerock has more become an "acquisition" n all but name. Old leaders are out, new leader are in. My experience has been great so far. They are hiring a lot of sales reps right now. There is the opportunity to make some big cash here. You have to find the deals yourself but there is brand recognition. Leadership is great. CEO is a visionary.
