Great place to work. Good market fit. There are some pains with the merger of Ping/Forgerock but I'm confident we'll iron those issue out over time.

Firstly the good stuff. Work-life balance, competitive pay, remote-first culture, and some EXCELLENT people to work with. Things started to go downhill as soon as the Thoma Bravo acquisition happened, and the ForgeRock merger was the final nail in the coffin for many. The experience from post merger has been a roller coaster. Lots of good things from analyst reports, still some ambiguity as to direction of future products. Comp plan post merger is more restrictive compared to previous comp plans.
