The experience from post merger has been a roller coaster. Lots of good things from analyst reports, still some ambiguity as to direction of future products. Comp plan post merger is more restrictive compared to previous comp plans.

Very positive experience with Ping thus far. Sales enablement and sales operation support functions have room for growth, but merger with ForgeRock makes this an exciting place to go to market.

Pre-merger, the culture was excellent and more than made up for lower base salaries. After the merger, it's less attractive place to be.
