Pre-merger, the culture was excellent and more than made up for lower base salaries. After the merger, it's less attractive place to be.

My experience has been great so far. They are hiring a lot of sales reps right now. There is the opportunity to make some big cash here. You have to find the deals yourself but there is brand recognition. Leadership is great. CEO is a visionary.
