Before the acquisition Ping was great. After not so much. Laid off top performers while encouraging them to over exceed their quota to prevent them from being fired. And still fired all top performers.

Ping is a great place to work in the sales org. Leadership and peers are fun, hardworking and there is a culture of truly caring about one another. Therefore, there is flexibility in PTO and plenty of incentives to perform.

My experience has been great so far. They are hiring a lot of sales reps right now. There is the opportunity to make some big cash here. You have to find the deals yourself but there is brand recognition. Leadership is great. CEO is a visionary.
