Former Employee4.0Jul 17, 2024The company and culture were terrific to start. However, COVID-19, combined with unforeseen economic conditions, really put a damper on Pendo. Inbound leads all but disappeared. Pendo is the most expensive in the market, so we regularly lost deals to point solutions unless we discounted the heck of the deal.
