Current Employee4.1Feb 29, 20242023 was an pretty bad comp plan and quota with almost nobody in enterprise hitting. 2024 had a quota drop and a better complain and accelerators. It has been a complete reversal and reps are very optimistic.

The company could not make a decision on GTM strategy and forced a hunter/farmer model in Q3 after missing sales targets. Recently went through a large layoff. Former Employee4.0Jul 17, 2024The company and culture were terrific to start. However, COVID-19, combined with unforeseen economic conditions, really put a damper on Pendo. Inbound leads all but disappeared. Pendo is the most expensive in the market, so we regularly lost deals to point solutions unless we discounted the heck of the deal.
