How stable is the compensation plan at Pendo.io, and what criteria are used to define sales territories?

What % of commercial AEs hit their quota? In 2023 and tracking for 2024?

What is the deal with WFH? If you’re based in Raleigh as an AE, is there a requirement to be in the office? Any flexibility if so?

Do you anticipate the sales team at Pendo.io experiencing growth or downsizing within the upcoming year?

It seems like there is a lot of hiring, especially on the enterprise team. There also appears to be a focus on expanding sales to industries outside of SaaS. What industries are at the top of the list? Which industries will be most challenging to sell into? Has there been much success?

Those PR at the end of the fiscal claimed success at the enterprise tier - yet enterprise AE quota attainment on here is the worst among divisions. So which one is it? Or did Pendo just throw bodies at the Enterprise to hit a number but most reps suffered?
