2023 was an pretty bad comp plan and quota with almost nobody in enterprise hitting. 2024 had a quota drop and a better complain and accelerators. It has been a complete reversal and reps are very optimistic.

Great product but I feel like Pendo is at a point in its growth where it potentially needs to reinvent itself to serve a shifting market. The company and culture were terrific to start. However, COVID-19, combined with unforeseen economic conditions, really put a damper on Pendo. Inbound leads all but disappeared. Pendo is the most expensive in the market, so we regularly lost deals to point solutions unless we discounted the heck of the deal.
