A great product with a lack of leadership. Few individuals know the product and industry and carry the company on their backs. Everyone else is collecting a check

The new compensation structure feels disconnected from the current economic reality. It was created months ago but is only being rolled out now. Not only has the commission rate been reduced, but the quota has also been increased. It’s the perfect formula for demotivating a sales rep.
