Good product market fit and a loyal fanbase of customers. OTE attainment has high variance, with leadership targeting most reps to hit between 70-80%.

The company could not make a decision on GTM strategy and forced a hunter/farmer model in Q3 after missing sales targets. Recently went through a large layoff.
