Without strong product knowledge at Pega your success will be severely limited. I would emphasize aspiring candidates to get to know all of the roles across the GTM to best understand how to do the job right.

Former Employee2.7Nov 9, 2024my overall experience was that leadership was in the midst of a big shake up at the time, and everything felt quite tense, not many people were hitting quota, but those that were, were exceeding it by a lot. Travel and expenses were rather more strict than I have been used to at other firms.
