If I could rate 0’s I would. Being in a sales role at Payscale from 2023-2024 should be classified as a crime against humanity. Everyone I consider a mentor or friend was either fired outright, PIP’ed or left voluntarily within the span of 12 months. Unreasonable goals, unreasonable private equity involvement, and a merry go round of leadership changes you wouldn’t believe.

great product in the US, but it doesn't work outside of the US. This made it impossible to sell in Int'l markets.

I was very excited to start with this company. They had amazing people and it was fun culture. I joined a new sales team that after 6 months was dismembered by 90%.
