Current Employee4.7Jul 26, 2024The work life balance is great! Paylocity truly cares about their employees. I came directly from a competitor and I can confidently say that the product, service, price point, and leaders are the best in the market.

Former Employee3.1May 28, 2024Overall great product and leadership but major challenges with implementation and service. However this is extremely dictated by the territory you are given. A lot of turn over with reps under 2 years. Most of the major referral partners and marketing leads are sent to the senior reps.
