This was a great job to introduce you to the HCM industry great training. But they drop the ball when it comes to equal opportunity. Territory and Broker Relationships are not equally divided. Your success depends on your ability to work with referring Brokers but those relationships are already owned by existing Reps. They hold new rep to the same standard as their Uber Reps who own on the good territory and Broker Relationships,

So far so good. Only downfall is no leads. I’ve had 1 that made it to proposal so far, but that’s pretty typical for the industry.

My overall experience working and selling for Paylocity was positive. Sales leadership is the best I've witnessed as a sales rep; customer service and the product development teams were second to none, and overall sentiment toward Paylocity's technology compared to the competition was positive.
