Great leadership, strong product. Lots of tenure. No company is perfect but for those who try hard, you can earn over 1MM per year. This is not uncommon for the top 2-3% of the company, with at least 35% making over 225k annually in sales roles.

Probably the best HCM platform in the space for mid market groups, but the company has grown too fast…. Service is terrible, territories are too small and leadership is really hit or miss.
