The good: -Culture as an organization is good. Leadership down is still pretty decent. Great leadership, strong product. Lots of tenure. No company is perfect but for those who try hard, you can earn over 1MM per year. This is not uncommon for the top 2-3% of the company, with at least 35% making over 225k annually in sales roles.

So far so good. Only downfall is no leads. I’ve had 1 that made it to proposal so far, but that’s pretty typical for the industry.
