Good overall experience but has some room for growth. Commision is great if you sell over 500k but the Base Pay is lower than some competitors. This is a great position for mid-level sales.

Huge amounts of turnover in this position. 20% of my team hit quota in this fiscal, but maybe only 5% wil hit quota in the region. Inbound leads are mostly garbage. No inbound leads. Expected to work outside of work hours. A lot of resources provided for sales, but a lot of hustle and work expected as well. Expected to own sales cycle from sourcing the deal to running sales and demo through to ensuring implementation happens smoothly.
