Really poor and abusive leadership. Terrible culture and micromanaging with unrealistic metrics for anyone in their first year with the company. Account Executives with real sales experience should stay away.

Paycor is a good company to work at but payroll/HCM sales is a grind. There’s a ton of pressure to succeed early on but if you’re able to establish referral relationships, you’ll be in a good position to succeed!

My overall experience is you need ro understand the HCM industry, but once you do, the income potential is incredible. Amazing accelerators and opportunities for additional income.

Good overall experience but has some room for growth. Commision is great if you sell over 500k but the Base Pay is lower than some competitors. This is a great position for mid-level sales.
