No inbound leads. Expected to work outside of work hours. A lot of resources provided for sales, but a lot of hustle and work expected as well. Expected to own sales cycle from sourcing the deal to running sales and demo through to ensuring implementation happens smoothly.

Leadership is now mostly ex ADP that are unable to think any different that what smb ADP taught them. Micromanage and inability to know how to scale and segment.
