There is high turnover for a reason and the product does not stand out in the marketplace. Marketing is god-awful - don't expect solid leads as the marketing team has to push out garbage to justify their budget. Implementation is awful and I lost a lot of commission because of them dropping the ball. Paycor needs to spend more on taking care of their existing clients and less on sports sponsorships. They are so hell-bent on becoming a 1b revenue company that they let the simple things fall through the cracks.
