Huge amounts of turnover in this position. 20% of my team hit quota in this fiscal, but maybe only 5% wil hit quota in the region. Inbound leads are mostly garbage. My experience wasn't the best. The AE job that I was hired for ended up being field based (which it wasn't billed to be), then I had some... Personnel issues with my manager which made it very hard to do my job.
