Prior to the IPO this company was amazing to be a part of. Culture was great, budgets were fair, and there was a level of understanding and discourse between leadership and field sellers. There is a large disconnect between management and the sales rep. If you are coming straight out of college, this is a great role for you. If you have 3+ years of experience, I would be very cautious about accepting this role.
