It feels like they watched Boiler Room too many times and think yelling curse words at the end of a meeting is motivating. The product is great, the customer service is average, and compensation is OK. Based on the average deal size you need 1-2 deals a month average just to hit plan but you're not making a killing on your W2 at that, so you have to shoot for 4-5x plan to make a good income. They are good at offering upwards mobility to those who show they can do it at a high level. The problem is the culture is not one where I'd label the company for a career you enjoy, but just one of grinding for a W2.
