Extreme focus on top of funnel activities, highly competitive market. They push really hard on the stock, comparing their stock price to other HCM/payroll companies and implying where the price will go based on how many years ADP or Paylocity were from their IPO. There is a large disconnect between management and the sales rep. If you are coming straight out of college, this is a great role for you. If you have 3+ years of experience, I would be very cautious about accepting this role.
