Extremely poor leadership. Huge lack of accountability. Multiple people I know personally have been blocked from internal promotion simply because the Area VP wanted to keep good sellers in their territory. You are never free from no starts after you sell a deal and will some way or somehow find a major chunk of your commission clawed back due to no fault of your own. Extreme micromanagement. Feels like a total scam.

Extreme focus on top of funnel activities, highly competitive market. They push really hard on the stock, comparing their stock price to other HCM/payroll companies and implying where the price will go based on how many years ADP or Paylocity were from their IPO.
