This was a very entry level blanket sales role. It was a great learning experience but it was not somewhere you would stay long term. Internal competition between teams HR/ Health / PEO / ASO was the worst. It was less about what was best for the client and more about who got there first.

The culture and environment there is very good, and very supportive. The base pay is lacking compared to other roles. Low percentage of team members hit quota and most end up being put on plan then fired. The culture is pretty good. But the sale cycle is monthly and is a hamster wheel mentality. There is a lot of post sales work with operation to make sure the deal is able to start.
